What I like:
Super sharp and slick looking. Love the scrolling drawer effect on the sidebar content, looks very smooth.
My whole thing is that the site looks like a gigantic Konfabulator widget to me, and I love it.
What I dislike:
Headers could use some work, maybe more styling of the fonts, or different fonts in general.
